Shipping and Delivery Times

We ask that you allow 3 business days from payment for your order to be packed and shipped. We use Australia Post and couriers to deliver our orders so we will always send a tracking number, if you haven’t received it best to check your junk mail first. If you still haven’t received it send us an email at info@hemphome.com.au with your name and order number so we can help you.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure delivery details are correct when completing the checkout. We give all items an authority to leave so if you would like to change this or give any specific delivery instructions send us an email with your name and order number.

At our showroom in Brunswick, 35-39 Colebrooke street or at any of the markets we do. Sign up to our newsletter or follow our instagram account for details on the next market.

Damages

All our items are handmade from natural materials so there is some variation in colour and size to be expected. Outside of these organic variations we endeavour to get your items to you safely. If you find your item is damaged when you open your package please take a few photos and email them to us along with your name and order number. We will work with you to find a suitable result..

Returns and Refunds

All the goods your purchase from us are covered under Australian Consumer Law which entitles you to an exchange, credit or refund if the items are not as described or arrive damaged.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind but we are happy to give store credit if the items are returned in new condition at the cost of the customer.

Clearance or sale purchases are final and we do not offer returns or refunds on these items.

In the case of a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the money to be returned in the same manner it was paid.
